An administrative board, consisting of 9 members: 6 appointed by Council and 3 are ex-officio - 3 alternates - 3 year terms. Board meets the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the meeting room of the Derry Municipal Building (3rd floor), 14 Manning Street.
The Land Development Control Regulations of the Town are approved & amended from time to time, and enforced by the Planning Board. The Planning Board also recommends zoning revisions to the Town Council who make the final determination to accept or reject such recommended revisions to the Town of Derry Zoning Ordinance.
All correspondence to Planning Board members should be
directed through the Community Development Dept., Planning Division.
