The Town Clerk's mission is to carry out the State of NH Laws, rules and regulations of following agencies as prescribed by statue: Department of Vital Records, Secretary of State, Election Commission, etc. To comply with the Derry Town Charter as specified within the Charter.

The Town Clerk's office is responsible for maintaining and preserving the town records, dog licensing, Vital Records and Voter Registration, Absentee Ballets, UCC terminations, wetland, dredge & fill filings.
