Splashpad Rules & Regulations

Splashpad Park hours are 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. daily
All children must have adult supervision at all times. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Swim suits and/or appropriate attire must be worn at all times.
Footwear/sandals are strongly recommended.
All participants must conduct themselves in a courteous, safe, and family-orientated manner.
Food and/or beverages of any kind are not allowed on the Splashpad.
No glass containers or breakable objects are allowed.
No skateboards, roller blades, bicycles, and/or scooters are allowed on the Splashpad.
Dogs/pets are not allowed on the Splashpad or Playground areas
Do not climb, hang, swing, or pull on any of the Splashpad equipment
Athletic equipment, balls, bats, beach balls, noodles, etc. are not allowed on the Splashpad
Swim diapers are required for all children under 4 years of age
The Splashpad, playground area, and/or pavilions cannot be reserved for private parties or functions
Please vacate the park when conditions call for thunder or lightning
In the event of an emergency, call 911 - the Splashpad is located at 14 Humphrey Road

The Town of Derry reserves the right to remove a participant/spectator from the park for violating any of the above rules or engaging in illegal, disruptive, destructive, or inappropriate behavior.
