CAPITAL ASSETS

Mark Fleischer, Senior Accountant

The senior accountant is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the records relating to the Town Owned Capital Assets. Classifications of property include Land, Building, Equipment, Vehicles, Monuments and Infrastructure.

Other Duties Include:

- Local, State and Federal Grant Compliance and Reporting.

- Assist CFO and Controller with Fiscal Budget Preparation.

- Various Account Reconciliations needed for Quarterly and Fiscal Reporting.

- Preparation of Year-End schedules needed for Independent Audit Review.
